1. Shell noodles

2. Tomato sauce

3. Stewed tomatoes

4. Mozzarella cheese

5. Parmesan cheese

6. Romano cheese

7. Ricotta cheese large quart

8. Sour cream small container

9. Ground hamburger

10. Hot italian sausage

11. Red wine


Step 1:

Boil the noodles.

Step 2:

Combine ingredients 4-8 in a large mixing bowl for the stuffing

Step 3:

Ground the hamburger until it looks done and then combine the hamburger into the bowl with the ricotta and cheese.

Step 4:

Pour the sauce, stewed tomatoes, and extra seasoning into the skillet and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Add red wine to the sauce.

Step 5:

Stuff the shells with the hamburger and cheese mixture. Top with the sauce and extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.

Step: 6

Serve with the hot italian sausage and a glass of red wine.
